Ingredients Edit

  • 2x garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1-2 Fresh red chiles, seeded, veins removed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • Shredded carrot for garnish

Directions Edit

  1. Combine garlic, chiles and water and liquefy in a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix together with fish sauce, lime juice and Sugar. Stir to dissolve Sugar.
  3. Add shredded carrot.
