- 1 large California avocado, seed removed
- 4 oz Cooked spinach, 100 g - chopped
- 2 oz Low-fat curd Cheese - mashed
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp to 2 lemon juice
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
