Ingredients Edit

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can of Tuna (drained)
  • Bread (if desired)
  • Crackers (if desired)
  • Tortilla chips (if desired)

Directions Edit

Mash the avocado.

Stir the avocado and Tuna together.

Use as a dip for chips, vegetables, or crackers

Make a sandwich using the Avocado-Tuna Mash like a spread

Eat it plain

Make hors'doerves by putting spread on crackers and garnishing with fresh cilantro, parsley, etc.
