Ingredients[]
- 250g chickpea flour
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 litre water
- salt and pepper
Directions[]
- Mix the chick pea flour, olive oil and water (if possible leave overnight)
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °F and bake the mixture in a tray for 45 minutes (or until firm).
- Eat warm and sprinkle some salt and pepper before eating.
