- Same quantities as for Cake with quartered apples
[edit] Directions
- Prepare the same way as for cake with quartered Apples.
- Do not quarter the Apples.
- Peel, hollow them, remove seeds and replace them with sour cherries from preserves.
- Arrange these Apples in the pan and pour the mixture over them; bake and serve warm.
