Cake, oblong, with sour cherries

- 2 cups pitted and drained sour cherries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Mix the eggs with the Sugar about a half hour.
- Add oil and vanilla and mix well, then add flour.
- Place 1/3 of this mixture into the bread pan, put 1 cup of sour cherries over it, cover with 1/3 of the mixture, add another cup of sour cherries over this and finally, place the last 1/3 of the mixture on top.
- Bake at medium heat.
