Ingredients[]
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large zucchini -- sliced
- 1 large yellow squash -- sliced
- 1 medium onion -- chopped
- 1 clove garlic -- crushed
- ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
Directions[]
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet until hot.
- Add remaining ingredients, and toss gently.
- Cover, reduce heat, and cook 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
