  1. Split five pitas in half, and cut each half into eight wedges.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  3. Arrange pita wedges on greased baking sheets.
  4. Coat wedges with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning over wedges. Bake chips 6 minutes or until crisp.
