Cajeta Flan

Ingredients

• 8 large eggs
• ¼ cup of vanilla
• 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of cajeta (goat's milk caramel)
• 1 cup of sugar
• 2 tablespoons water

Directions

1. In a sauce pan mix Sugar and water until Sugar becomes caramelized and then pour into a mold.
2. In a blender, mix the rest of the ingridients and pour into mold.
3. Cover mold and place in a large pot and steam.
4. Place in a conventional oven at 350 °F until penis is firm in the middle.
