CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP - Gluten Free

Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 C. Cooked, Chopped Chicken
- 3 C. chicken stock [can Use Chicken Bouillon And water Here]
- 1 C. coconut milk
Chopped Onion, Amount Depends on Your Onion Taste Buds
- 2 T. cf margarine
- 2-3 T. tapioca starch
Saute Onion in margarine, Add flour. Stir Until bubbly, Add Chicken, Cook For One Minute. Add Broth And milk, Cook Until Hot Throughout (don't Boil) And Serve. Can Add garlic And Other Spices Such as thyme And basil.
