Butterscotch pecan Cookies
- 1 Pkg. butter Recipe Cake Mix
- 3/4 Oz. Pkg. Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix
- 1/4 C. flour
- 3/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 C. Chopped pecans
in a Mixing Bowl, Combine Cake Mix, Pudding Mix, flour, oil And egg. Mix Well. Stir in pecans (the Dough Will be Crumbly). Roll Tablespoonfuls Into Balls; Place 2-Inches Apart on Greased Baking Sheets. Bake at 350 Degrees For 10 to 12 Minutes or Until Golden Brown.
Cool For 2 Minutes; Remove From Pans to Wire Racks.
