1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 rounded tbsp. peanut butter
1 cup. salted peanuts
1 heaping cup. canned shoestring potatoes
Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in large saucepan over water. Add peanuts and shoestring potatoes. Mix well and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
Cool to set. Enjoy.
