• 8 oz/250 g butter,
• 7 oz/200 g confectioner's sugar,
• 5 oz/150 g chocolate

[edit] Directions

1. Cream the butter with the Sugar.
2. Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of water and then add to the butter-Sugar mixture.
