Burnt Sugar Syrup

3/4 c sugar

� c boiling water

Melt Sugar in a skillet over low heat.

Occasionally stir until it turns amber.

Take off burner and add boiling water.

Return syrup to low heat and simmer.

Stir constantly until mixture is smooth.

Set aside to cool.

Live your questions now, and perhaps even without knowing it, you will live along some distant day into your answers.
