A great Burmese recipe for vegetarians. This recipe serves 2 people.

  1. In a large wok or saucepan, keat oil over high heat.
  2. Toss in all the ingredients and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, or until the vegetables become crunchy.
  3. Remove from the heat and serve with rice.
