  1. Remove the outer yellow leaves from the sprouts.
  2. Wash them well and boil at high temperature, in salt water, for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. When done, drain well, then place in a pan with melted butter at slow temperature.
  4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, shaking the pan every now and then.
  5. Pour the sour cream and simmer a few minutes more.
  6. Serve hot.
