- 1 1/2 cup stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
- 2 tsp butter (or marg.), melted
- 1/2 cup Cheese, Parmesan, grated
- mustard, dijon
- 8 tomatoes, halved
- Combine stuffing mix, butter, and Cheese; mix well.
- Spread mustard over surface of tomatoes.
- Spoon stuffing mixture over mustard.
- Broil 4 inches from heat about 7 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
