Broccoli Bisque

2 cups broccoli, chopped 3 cups chicken bouillon or broth 1 t. dill weed 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 6 oz. buttermilk

Cook broccoli in chicken bouillon or broth with dill weed, salt and pepper until tender. Place in blender and blend until smooth. Add buttermilk and blend 1 minute. Heat to serving temperature or serve cold. Serves 3 to 4 Source: Unknown
