- 8 thin slices of ginger cake
- 1 full quantity stewed Bramley Apples
- 200 g tub extra thick double cream
- 2 chocolate flake bars, crumbled
- Spoon a little of the apple purée into the base of 4 glass bowl, top with a slice of ginger cake, then more apple, a spoon or two of cream and chocolate flakes.
- Repeat the layers and serve.
