Bourbon Street Beef Recipe Ingredients: Beef London broil or filet mignon steaks 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 c. bourbon 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp. melted butter Generous sprinkling of black peppercorns
Cooking Directions: Marinate beef with above ingredients except melted butter, 4 hours or preferably overnight. Remove beef from marinade and grill or broil brushing with melted butter until desired doneness
