Bordeaux Berried Avocado Salad

- 1 5-ounce package has-ingredient::Ready Pac Bordeaux Salad mix
- 2 ripe has-ingredient::California avocados, peeled, pitted, cubed
- 1 Pint fresh California has-ingredient::strawberries, hulled, halved lengthwise
- 1/3 Cups avocado, grape seed oil or has-ingredient::canola oil
- 1/3 Cups has-ingredient::red wine vinegar
- has-ingredient::coarse salt and freshly ground has-ingredient::black pepper to taste
- 1 4-5 ounce log has-ingredient::herbed soft chevre, sliced into discs
- ΒΌ Cup toasted California has-ingredient::almonds, coarsely chopped

Gently toss together the Bordeaux Salad mix, cubed avocados and strawberries with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a glass salad bowl. Stud with the chevre and sprinkle with the almonds.
Serve Cool.
