  • 1kg of mandioca
  • 100g Grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of pig fat

Directions Edit

  1. Peel and boil the mandioca in water with salt.
  2. Remove from the fire and put through the grinder.
  3. Put on the table, mix in the eggs, the grated Cheese, the flour and the fat.
  4. Knead well and to form balls as large as a small nut.
  5. Fry with plenty of oil or hot rich fat a few at a time, to avoid them bursting. Serve immediately. This can accompany meat.
