- Peel and boil the mandioca in water with salt.
- Remove from the fire and put through the grinder.
- Put on the table, mix in the eggs, the grated Cheese, the flour and the fat.
- Knead well and to form balls as large as a small nut.
- Fry with plenty of oil or hot rich fat a few at a time, to avoid them bursting. Serve immediately. This can accompany meat.
