In Romanian: Rasol de carne de vaca

- 2 lbs/1 kg Beef,
- 3 qts/3 l water,
- 2 potatoes,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 parsnip,
- 1 celery root,
- 1 pepper,
- 1 Onion,
- 5 juniper berries (optional),
- 1 bay leaf (optional),
- salt
[edit] Directions
- Drain the meat that has boiled with the Beef soup and cut in bite sizes.
- Place on a plate and garnish with the vegetables: potatoes, carrots, parsnip.
- Pour a little oil, vinegar/lemon juice and a tablespoon of the boiling liquid.
- Add a little pepper (to taste) and serve with a salad or pickles.
