  1. Make a simple pork broth with white tips of green onions and a good fatty chunk of pork.
  2. Slice the opo in 3rds or 5ths length wise, then into about ½ inch pieces, add to boiling broth
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add cilantro.
  5. Eat with white rice.
