Bleu Cheese Dip
8-oz pkg. cream cheese 220-g pkg.
� C bleu cheese (crumbled) 125 ml
� C heavy cream 60 ml
1 T chives (chopped) 15 ml
1 t thyme 5 ml
� t salt 2 ml
Soften cheeses to room temperature. Combine all ingredients and blend well.. Serve with pure potato chips or taco chips.
Yield: 1-1/2 C (375 ml)
