Description Edit

These cookies are triangle shaped, one end of them is dipped in chocolate and has silver dragees for decorations.

Directions Edit

  1. Heat oven to 325°F degrees.
  2. Line a jelly roll pan with foil.

Dough Edit

  1. In a bowl, beat first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Stir in flour until blended.
  3. Press over bottom of ungreased pan.
  4. Score dough lengthwise in 4 equal strips, then crosswise in 8 strips to make 32 rectangles.
  5. Cut each rectangle in half diagonally, prick each triangle twice.
  6. Bake 18 minutes or until shortbread looks dry and pale gold.
  7. Cool in pan.
  8. Recut cookies while warm.
  9. Cool in pan.

Icing Edit

  1. Stir chocolate, water and butter in a saucepan over low heat until chocolate and butter melt.
  2. Coat a wire cooling rack with cooking spray.
  3. Dip wide edge of each cookie in chocolate.
  4. Place on rack.

Decoration Edit

  1. Add dragées while wet, let chocolate set.
