1/4 c. black walnuts 1 box butter recipe chocolate cake mix 1 stick butter 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. black coffee 1/2 c. Jack Daniel's Whiskey 1 stick butter 1 box confectioners' sugar 3 tsp. cocoa 1/3 c. creme de cacao liqueur 1 tsp. vanilla Black walnut pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a fluted torte pan (or bundt pan). Sprinkle the black walnuts evenly on bottom of pan. Set aside.

Blend next 5 ingredients together until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Place on rack to cool.

To make frosting, place butter in saucepan on very low heat and melt. Add sugar, cocoa and liqueur. Stir until blended and becomes glossy. Add vanilla. Pour on cake, sprinkle top with broken walnuts.
