Ingredients[]
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ⅓ cup water
- salt -- pinch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions[]
- Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat.
- Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes.
- Spread on cool cake.
- Enjoy.
