• 1 package whole Wheat soft tortillas
• 1 small package frozen spinach
• 1 cup black beans (canned works, and it's fast)
• 1 1/2 Tbsps spicy cajun seasoning (I use Tony Chachere's)
• your favorite spreadable, creamy, spicy sauce

[edit] Directions

• Cook spinach according to packaged directions. Add cooked, drained black beans. Mix together, sprinkling cajun seasoning on top
