- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla.
- Beat at medium speed 2 or 3 minutes.
- Sift dry ingredients and add to above.
- Add sour milk.
- Blend by hand.
- Add nuts and dates.
- Drop by ½ teaspoons on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
- You may refrigerate dough and use as née.ded.
