In Romanian: Bigus
- 1 medium sour cabbage,
- 5 oz/150 g smoked Bacon, cubed,
- 5 oz/150 g hot dogs cut in pieces,
- 5 oz/150 g smoked salami, cubed,
- 2 tablespoons lard,
- Julienne the cabbage. If it is too sour or too salty, wash it.
- Fry it in hot lard, together with small cubes of Bacon, salami and hot dogs.
- Fry and keep stirring and adding a tablespoon or two of water and pepper.
- When everything is fried, put in the oven for half an hour.
