Puffed deepfried leavened bread made of semonila flour, white flour, yogurt, salt, sugar, ghee, warm water. Kneaded dough is left out to sour and rise. Small balls are rolled into thin roundds and fried in hot oil. Bread sinks when frying and re-surfaces, it is pushed down with a slotted spoonuntil it puffs into a steam filled balloon. It is turned over and browned on other side.
