Betty's Butter

Ingredients

• 1 cup whipped butter, softened
• 1 cup polyunsaturated oil, such as safflower, sunflower seed, corn, vegetable, walnut or a combination

Directions

1. Combine the butter and oil.
2. Refrigerate (or freeze) until ready to use.
