  1. Heat ghee in a heavy based saucepan.
  2. Add the gram flour and fry it on a low heat stirring constantly, until light brown. Cool slightly.
  3. Add Sugar and cardamom, mix well. Add chopped almonds.
  4. Shape into ladoos, decorate with silver leaves and serve.
