This stone-cold, fruit-based salad is a supreme combination of authentic fruit juice, condensed milk, and berries and is great with other fruits or desserts refrigerated to glorious perfection.
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 3 cup grapes
- 2 tablespoons fruit juice, grape, lemon, or lime only
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- whipped cream, optional
- Blend grapes until coarse, spilling out excess juices. Add other berries, mixed, to grape shreds.
- Spoon fruit juice and condensed milk on the fruits by mixing. Serve cold and plain or with other fruits or desserts but spoon or scoop some of the fruit salad in a fresh ramekin and top with the whipped cream, if desired.
