This refreshing drink brewed exclusively in Berlin area, is a top frmented, drink with only 2.8% alcohol. As it is slightly sour, often mixed with red raspberry juice or green woodruff syrup. An older variation is the Weiße mit Strippe, which is mixed with a small amount of caraway schnapps (Kümmel) or grain spirit (Korn).
