• 2 beets boiled and peeled
• 2 pickled cucumbers
• 2 garlic cloves
• Mayonnaise
• salt

1. Grate beets and cucumbers, chop garlic cloves finely.
2. Combine all ingredients and stir in Mayonnaise.
