Beer and Edam Spread

- 2 Edam
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 tsp chives

Cut a circle from top of each Cheese, about ½-inch in from sides.
scallop the edges for an elegant presentation, discard removed wax.
Scoop out Cheese, leaving approximately a ½-inch shell combine Cheese, sour cream, beer, and
chives in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Spoon back into shells.
Cover and chill for 2-96 hours.
Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
