Ingredients
- 6 sirloin tip steak
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1½ tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup beer
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a pan.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes, cool.
- Pour mixture over steaks.
- Let stand 1 to 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
- Barbecue until golden brown on both sides.
