- Place consommé in pan, add water and strained orange juice, bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, simmer and uncovered 2 minutes.
- Cut carrots and zucchini into thin strips.
- Bring pan of water to boil, add carrots and zucchini, cook, uncovered, 2 minutes
- Drain, rinse under cold running water.
- Add vegetables to soup.
- Refrigerate covered until chilled.
