  1. Cut meat into large cubes 5x3x2 cm.
  2. Peel onion and dice it finely.
  3. In a ceramic bowl, combine meat, onion and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Leave in a cold place for 3 – 4 hours.
  6. Prepare wooden sticks and thread meat.
  7. Sprinkle with flour and fry in a large pan with heated oil.
  8. Cook until light brown, but inside is pink.
