Watermelons and strawberries complement each other in this refreshing granita. You cam also serve it as a drink if unfrozen.

Preparation Time : 10 mins. Cooking Time : Nil.

Serves 2.

 2 cups watermelon, peeled, deseeded and chopped      
 � cup strawberry, halved      
 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar        Method
             1.    Combine all the ingredients and blend in a liquidiser till becomes a smooth puree. 
     2.    Pour into on a shallow container. Cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours. 
     3.    Scrape out using a fork and serve in small glasses.

A perfect starter for a party.

Cooking Time : Nil. Preparation Time : A few min.

Makes 2 glasses.

 1 cup melon balls      
 1 cup seedless grapes      
 2 teaspoons orange squash      
 2 teaspoons chopped mint leaves      
 1 sprig mint for decoration        Method
             1.    Mix the orange squash and 2 teaspoons of water.
     2.    Put the melon balls and grapes in the glass and then add the orange squash and the mint leaves.
     3.    Chill.
     4.    Just before serving, decorate with a sprig of mint.
