Beans

I have an old bean canning recipe that found in an old cookbook years ago. Have not made them in a long time. They were made in a water bath canner, but wonder if could be done in a PC and about how long they should be cooked.
Basically you filled a jar with beans and then made a sauce with chili powder, and other spices and water and filled the jars and then cooked for like three hours. I have a 6 quart PC and thought maybe a pint jar would work better than a quart. Would this work in a regular PC and how long should they cook for? Not sure I want to mess with them, but they were good.
