- ½ cup plain yogurt, light or regular
- 3 tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp finely-minced fresh basil
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp herb vinegar
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients except salt and pepper into a blender and puree until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
