Banana peanut butter cookies

• 1+1/4 cups sifted flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup soft shortening
• 1/2 cup Peanut butter
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup mashed bananas

[edit] Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Sift dry ingredients.
3. cream shortening, Peanut butter, and Sugar.
4. Add banana, and then flour mixture.
5. Mix well.
6. Roll into 1" balls and flatten with a fork.
7. Place on a greased cookie sheet, and bake for 12 minutes.
