- 1 large banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- ¾ cup berries, frozen or fresh, strawberries, raspberries or blueberries recommended
- ¾ cup vanilla frozen yogurt, low-fat or fat-free
- 12 oz can or bottle of ginger ale, regular or diet

- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Cover and blend at highest speed until smooth.
