This is my go-to salad dressing. I make it every night to dress my salads. I guarantee your friends will love it!

- 1 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions[]
Whisk together the garlic, mustard, and balsamic vinegar. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is blended. Taste to see how much salt and pepper you need.
