  1. Scoop out pulp of zucchini halves.
  2. Heat pulp, onion, sauce and spices in a pan for 5 minutes.
  3. Add matzo meal to mixture and mix well.
  4. Restuff zucchini with mixture.
  5. Place in a baking dish with a little water on bottom.
  6. Bake at 450 °F for 30 minutes until zucchini shells are soft.
