Baked Potato Fries

I Use a Fry Slicer.

• 2 Large Baking potatoes
• 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese Grated
• 1/4 Teaspoon paprika

salt And pepper to Taste

Preheat The Oven to 450 Degrees F. Lightly Spray a Large Baking Sheet With a cooking spray. Cut The potatoes Into Long Thin Wedges. Spray The potatoes Lightly With The cooking spray And Place Them in a Plastic Bag. Add The Cheese, salt, pepper And paprika to The Bag . Close The Bag And Shake Well to Evenly Coat The Potato Wedges With The Seasonings And Cheese. Arrange The potatoes on The Baking Sheet in a Single Layer. Bake For 25 - 30 Mins Stirring Once
