  1. Peel and core the apples.
  2. Coat with the orange juice on the outer surface.
  3. Stuff with the raisins.
  4. Sprinkle on the cinnamon.
  5. Place in pyrex baking cups.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 – 30 minutes, or until fork pierces surface easily.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
